  1. How to book an apartment (or villa)?

    The booking is confirmed to the customer through a payment of a part of the stay through bank transfer (NO immediate confirmation.) or credit card (immediate confirmation booking).

  2. How to know a lodging address and the contact person?

    The booking confirmation e-mail, which contains the data of the contact person ,the apartment, an interactive access map.

  4. How to cancel a booking?

    Through the contact form. The refund of booking prepayment is of 100% if the cancellation is made at least 76 days before the beginning of the stay , of 50% if the cancellation is made between 46 and 75 days and of 0% at less than 45 days before the beginning.

  5. At what time can I get to the apartment and leave it?

    The checks in hours in the lodging are from 16h to 20h. All the apartments allow check in from 20h.Sometimes the night check in imply an extra charge. Check out is to be done before 11h.   6. Who hands over the key?

    The contact person of each apartment agrees with the customer of the lodging of an appointment. The person and apartment data is in the confirmation email the customer will receive when booking.

  7. How to get to the lodging?

    Each apartment description contains all the information of “How to get “ . Besides , the customer receives in his booking confirmation email an access interactive map.

  8. How process with lodging payment?

    There are 2 steps : the booking payment and the lodging payment once the keys are handed over. the booking involves a 23% payment of the total stay amount. The pending stay amount is paid in cash when handed over the keys and when getting to the lodging. The customer gives a deposit on the day of the check in .This deposit is given back once the apartment state is revised.

  9. Is there a rental contract?

    Yes , the customers sign a rental contract contains the stay dates , the customer and owners data. The contract details the payments of each booking: the booking confirmation payment , pending amount for the stay and the deposit payment.

  10. Is it possible to receive a bill?

    Yes , the customers can print a bill for the payment made to Ok Apartment Limited from the same web or from the booking confirmation email they receive. The pending payment for the stay is made to the owners who give a receipt to the customers as often they do not have an official bill.

  11. Is there any risk-using credit card on our web?

    The customers pay directly through the Banco Popular Español or PayPal web. The payment system offered by these companies offers the last technology in secured electronic data transaction. Ok Apartment Limited does not have access to the credit cards numbers.

  12. What does the stay price includes?

    The stay price includes: taxes, commissions, supplies of electricity-water-gas, the clean bed sheets-towels and the apartment cleaning the day of the check out

  13. What about the cleaning?

    All the lodging are completely clean the day of the customers check in, clean towels, and bed sheets are handed over .Cleaning during the customer stay is to the customer charge.

  14. Is it possible to be lodged with babies?

    Yes, but not all the lodgings are equipped with children beds or/with babies chairs. For more information,check out the “equipment” section of the apartment of your interest.

  15. Are pets allowed?

    It depends of the apartment. For more information , check out the “Others information” section of the apartment of your interest

  16. Will there be another customer in the booked lodging?
